My name is Ashley Cordell but most of my friends call me Malibu. I aquired that nick-name in high school because I always wore sunglasses, rain or shine, indoors or outdoors, and friends said I looked like Barbie. I grew up with my grandparents right here in Augusta, but I hang my heart in New York City. My grandparents have always supported my dream of working in the entertainment industry.

I have been a personal fitness trainer for approximately three years now. My hobbies include lifting weights, playing soccer, riding horses, and like any other woman… shopping. I like fast cars and fast bikes. I enjoy working on them as well as posing on them. I haven’t missed the Atlanta Nopi Nationals since I was fifteen years old, so I guess you could say I am a nopi chick.

I started modeling when I was fifteen years old by entering the Miss Teen Georgia pageant 2000. It was my very pageant and I placed as a finalist and received an invitation to Miss Teen USA in Orlando, Florida. I shot a brief comedy strip for Slapstick comedy. I have worked with many local photographers such as Tim Conway, Jimmy Carter, and our very own Jim Durant. I am Miss September in the 2005 Coyotes Bikini Calendar. I am very interested in doing advertising and fashion prints. I love doing commercials. I recently shot a commercial for Metrocycles in Atlanta. I will also be featured in their billboards. I am very serious about my modeling career. I do mostly paid jobs, but for extremely talented photographers that have something unique to offer to my portfolio I will consider TFP or TFCD if travel expenses are paid.
