Profile Setup

Registration for models, photographers and those listed in Profile Type only! Profiles require approval. Most areas remain inaccessable until approved.

Procedure

After submitting this form an email with an activation link will be sent to you for verification (except you use an invitation link and email). Please make sure you do receive our emails and don't block them with spam or similar filters. Once your account is activated, you will be able to login and work on your portfolio. We will check new portfolios, if they can be approved. This is to protect you and us against e.g. fakers etc.close

Approval Rules

You must supply at least 3 photos of yourself (if your are a model) or of your work in the public or nonpublic profile gallery.

At least 3 and the majority of your photos must be modeling related.

Photos must be of sufficient quality and size (not a stamp) and not designed as ad carrier.

User Name must not contain words like Club, Models, Modeling, Magazine, Entertainment or a domain name. Also not tolerable are User Names that advertise unrelated things such as auto parts etc.

Profile of an individual must not look like spam of a company

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this website have the right to remove, edit, move or close any profile or topic at any time should they see fit.

User Name

Stage Name (Select a name you can use for your career; blanks allowed). Be considered about your User Name, we won't approve unrelated advertisment names. A photographer's User Name must reflect a person's name not a company name. If your name contains words indicating another category such as studio, we will change your profile type accordingly. Domain names are not allowed as User Name and are disrespectful. We do not like spam. User Name may only be a company name, if you pay for that.

Password

Don't use easy guessable words or words which can be found in a dictionary. Mix case, characters and numbers

Types of Modelling or Photos

List the work you are interested in like: Fashion, Glamour, Print etc. Don't forget to state non nude

Languages

Write: "English, Spanish, Italian" without the quotes. Use english words.

Notify Email

Enter an Email address only, if you want to get notifications when new messages become available for you. This address is nonpublic.

Show Online Status

This ¤ will indicate that a member is or was online. It will fade to the background color, if there is no activity or the member logs off.

Visibility

Profiles can be non-public and therefore seen by members and those you give an access key only. Hidden profiles are visible by access key and to staff members and are intended for possible hiring. This can be used if you would like to be hired on e.g. a show and don't want your images and info visible to others. Changes might take some time to take effect and when shifting to non-public or hidden, your avatar and User Name might remain visible in friend lists and postings.

Hotlinking

Allow others to link your photos into other websites like MySpace, forums etc. Copies of your photos will be served resized to 480 pixel width your User Name @ modelgraphy.com added underneath. Links are made available via an extra button underneath the enlarged photo. This is additional advertising for you and will bring visitors to your profile.
